Holiday Respite

Tribal Wars is issuing an “attack break” over the Holiday:
“We will be having two attack breaks over the holiday period to allow players to enjoy the Christmas holiday and New Year without having to worry about their accounts (and to give the support team a rare break!)”
This is a grand idea I’d like to see more games adopt. If you’re interested in Tribal wars a new server is starting tomorrow.

i am not sure what’s so grand about an attack break!! i’ve been saving resources for ages now and have coordinated attacks with my alliance on several key players!!!
on travian this would never happen! travian’s attack mechanism is the simplest and purest! that’s what makes it so fun…

I play Glory of Fellowland where it is possible to have holiday mode whenever I want to do something else than play… (what’s exactly what pissed me off in Travian-24/7-nolife)
